Northwest Arkansas · Midwest remote
EverLink Consulting works with privately owned businesses that need more than a bookkeeper and less than a full internal staff. We handle the numbers, the growth work around them, and the systems that make both hold. Based in Northwest Arkansas. Serving Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and Tennessee. Most engagements run remotely. We meet in person when that helps the work.
Most firms keep the books, sell marketing, or build software—and leave the owner to connect them. EverLink is one partnership across finance, growth, and technology. The same team stays with the work. Scope is set on the call.
This is the close, the payroll, the return, and the part-time CFO work that sits on top of them. We build month-end packages owners can actually use, keep the file in a shape a banker or a buyer would recognize, and tie decisions to margin and cash—not a spreadsheet that only one person understands.
The point is not more reports. It is a set of numbers you can run the company on, with a partner who will tell you when the story and the ledger do not match.
Growth here means how the company shows up, who it needs to know, and what has to happen next. Brand and messaging, marketing and social strategy, paid campaigns, websites and content, lead generation, sales process, and keeping the customers you already won. It also covers community, PR, partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, events, and government or municipal relationships when those are part of the next dollar.
We treat that as one problem: positioning plus execution. Not a feed that looks busy while the pipeline stays flat.
Technology is the systems work that keeps finance and growth from depending on one hero. Strategy and roadmaps, vendor selection, coaching for owners, and leading software teams when you have them. Architecture review, disaster recovery, controls that stand up to audit, and reducing the risk that only one person knows how the stack runs.
On the build side: websites and technical SEO consulting, mobile apps, automation, custom software, legacy modernization, cloud, dashboards, and integrations with tools you already use—Google, QuickBooks, and the rest. AI belongs in real workflows, including internal or customer-facing chat, not as a slogan. We do not take over the books with an AI login, and we do not sell an ongoing SEO retainer from this work. If HIPAA or PCI is in play, systems are designed with those requirements in mind. Certification, if you need it, is a separate conversation.
If we have not worked together yet, begin with a defined engagement. You keep control of your file. After the call, we decide whether an ongoing partnership makes sense.
Featured door
Send last year’s P&L as a PDF, or the core numbers if that is what you have. You receive a written read of margin pressure, cash risk over the next 90 days, and three prioritized moves—then a 30-minute call to walk it. No software login required. If the work points to ongoing support, we discuss that next.
Defined scope. Details on the call.
Built as a first look at how we work together, not a substitute for the full relationship.
Other starting projects: a lead-to-P&L teardown of your website and pipeline, a go/no-go on a single bid, or a focused software/architecture review. Scope stays on the call.
The fastest way to start is a phone call. If the work is a fit, we set scope from there.
479-770-3766If QuickBooks is fighting you, ask on the call. We are building an accountant-grade ledger and can tell you where that stands.
